Since introducing My Dashboards, our customers are unlocking deeper insights, aligning better on KPIs, and collaborating more effectively across teams. Hence, we’re excited to share that Activity and Retention dashboards are now upgraded to this new experience, offering flexible, self-serve insights and powerful customization to match your needs.

This shift opens the door to richer, more customizable experiences. This change is grounded in giving you access to the full capabilities of My Dashboards: a more intuitive, scalable, and insightful way to explore your data.

What’s changing:

• “Activity View” is now available on My Dashboards! Note: You can still access the legacy dashboard with the enhanced My Dashboards view or revert to the legacy view.
  
  
• Average DAU and MAU are being replaced by Total Active Users, providing a more accurate representation of user activity.

  • Start from the “Activity View” template, which you can fully customize to match your KPIs and meaningful in-app events, designed to flexibly support your reporting needs.
    
  • Easily share dashboards across teams to improve collaboration and insight alignment.
    
    
• The legacy “Retention Dashboard” will no longer be available, however you can achieve the same insights and more within My Dashboards.
  
  • Sub2–Sub5 dimensions will no longer be available. Please note, you can use Sub1 or raw data instead for the same results.
    
  • "City”, “Brand” and “SDK” version dimensions will no longer be available.

These upgrades empower teams to create tailored, accurate, and shareable dashboards — all within a more powerful, self-serve environment. It not only saves time, but also enables better, faster decisions based on data you can trust.
